Andy Taylor

Andy Taylor is an attorney at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, an AmLaw 100 firm, where he represents both foreign and domestic companies in international commercial arbitration and in the enforcement of arbitral awards. His practice also includes privacy litigation, class action defense, trade secrets, and international trade matters, with a particular focus on export controls and sanctions.

Prior to practicing law, he lived in Türkiye and later worked for a decade in the U.S. Congress, including as chief economic advisor on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, where he also handled U.S. relations with Türkiye and the Caucasus. He is passionate about advancing international arbitration in Eurasia and strengthening cross-border commercial ties.
