Gökberk Tekin

Gökberk Tekin FCIArb is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in England & Wales and Turkey, specializing in international commercial arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. He is a Partner at Ongur & Partners International Law Firm in Ankara, where he advises and represents clients in complex arbitration and litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. He has acted in proceedings before various arbitral tribunals seated both in Turkey and abroad, with experience covering commercial, corporate, and investment-related disputes.

Alongside his practice, Gökberk holds two LL.M. degrees from Aberystwyth University and Ankara Üniversitesi and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at Ankara University, focusing on international arbitration.

He is a Fellow (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and actively contributes to the arbitration community through research, publications, and professional engagements.
