Bingöl holds an LL.B. from Bilkent University (2019) and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. As a member of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC), the İstanbul Tahkim Derneği - İstanbul Arbitration Association (İSTA), Young Arbitrators Copenhagen (YAC), and the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), she has cultivated a strong professional network within the international arbitration community. She earned her LL.M. at Galatasaray University, where she defended her thesis on “Extension of Arbitration Agreements to Third Parties Pursuant to the Group of Companies Doctrine in International Commercial Arbitration.” Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Private Law at Istanbul University, where she also works as a research assistant, focusing on the interplay between economic sanctions and arbitral proceedings. Her research engages with the evolving dynamics of international dispute resolution, bridging doctrinal analysis with pressing global challenges.
