Hasit B. Seth

Mr. Hasit Seth is a dual-qualified (New York and India) Arbitrator, Mediator, and Counsel with over 25 years of experience in disputes practice across the United States and India. His diverse professional background spans arbitrations, construction law, technology and intellectual property law, patent-tech licensing, and corporate law. He has served as an arbitrator and a mediator in complex commercial disputes under common and civil law systems and is listed with more than 30 global arbitration and mediation institutions.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University and obtained his first LL.M. from Mumbai University as a Gold Medallist. He later pursued a second LL.M. in Intellectual Property at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA (now in the University of New Hampshire).

Mr. Seth has extensive law and business experience, having worked with US multinational corporations, top law firms, and Indian courts. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK, and has undertaken advanced training in negotiation and mediation at Harvard Law School (PILPON). He is admitted to practice before the Bars of New York, India (Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa), and the AIFC Court in Kazakhstan.
