İlke Okan

Ilke’s practice focuses on corporate and technology transactions, with an emphasis on advising emerging companies, entrepreneurs, and venture capital firms. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including business formation, venture capital financings, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Ilke also brings significant experience in technology law, having supported major technology companies and high-growth startups on issues related to data privacy, product counseling, and platform compliance. Her background includes working on legaltech product development and building software-based compliance tools designed to help early-stage companies scale responsibly.

Ilke received her LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law as a Fulbright Scholar and merit scholar, and was the sole Fulbright Scholar selected from Türkiye in her year. She graduated with Dean’s List recognition. During her studies, she served as Vice President and co-founder of the Legal Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association and earned Berkeley Law’s Law and Technology Certificate with a focus on AI.

She has also served as an arbitrator in several Young ISTAC Future Arbitration Counsel Moot Court competitions, the same competition in which she previously competed and earned the Best Memorandum for Claimant award, as well as placing 3rd with her team.

Ilke is admitted to practice law in Türkiye and is pending admission to the California Bar.
