Oğuzhan Karlı

Oğuzhan Karlı’s practice focuses on international investment law, international commercial arbitration, contract law, and start-up law. His work primarily addresses complex legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, with particular emphasis on cross-border transactions and international dispute resolution. He also engages with issues relating to the structuring of commercial arrangements, legal challenges in start-up ecosystems, and arbitral proceedings arising from international trade and investment.

At the Turkish Arbitration Blog, Oğuzhan is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration and strategic development of arbitration-related publications, while also providing impartial editorial guidance on procedural and legal issues arising in both international and domestic arbitration matters. He engages in regular correspondence with contributors, practitioners, and institutions to ensure clarity and quality in all submissions, and further reviews, edits, and curates scholarly as well as practical materials contributed by professionals across the arbitration community.
